What is Suhagra?
Suhagra (sildenafil) is an oral erectogenic agent taken as needed before planned sexual activity. Suhagra is used for promoting erection in patients with impotence problems, showing efficacy percentages varying between 60 and 90%.
Suhagra is a generic Viagra pill with the effects identical to that of the original drug. Suhagra is available at a much more economical price than the original medication
How does sildenafil work (Mechanism of action)
The vasodilation that is the basis of the erection is realized following the relaxation of the smooth muscle cells present inside the cavernous bodies of the penis. The chemical mediator that is released locally following sexual stimulation is represented by nitric oxide (or nitrogen oxide, “NO”). Nitric oxide is able to favor a particular chemical enzymatic reaction that leads to the formation of cGMP (cyclic guanosine monophosphate), the molecule capable of directly inducing relaxation of the penile smooth muscle cells. The action of sildenafil is to promote high local concentrations of cGMP, by inhibiting the enzyme responsible for its inactivation, phosphodiesterase. There are several variants (or “isoforms”) of this enzyme: the one present at the penile level on which sildenafil acts is type 5 phosphoesterase.
How to use Suhagra?
A pill of Suhagra is taken on demand; it takes sildenafil approximately 60 minutes to get absorbed into the blood stream and start producing its effects. Therefore, a tablet of Suhangra should be taken in anticipation of a sexual act. The benefits of sildenafil are best perceived when the drug is taken on an empty stomach or after a light meal. Alcohol and grapefruit juice / grapefruits should be avoided when taking Suhagra. Take a pill of Suhagra with water and swallow it without chewing or crushing.
What is the difference between Silagra and Suhagra?
Sildenafil produced by the well-established Indian company Cipla Ltd is manufactured under two different trademark names, Suhagra and Silagra. However, there is no difference in the composition, dosage, health benefits, side effects or general safety for the two preparations.
Suhagra and Silagra are two invariants of the same sildenafil drug available in the dosage of 50mg and 100mg, with the only difference being in the names, which is solely a matter of marketing for different regions.
What are the side effects of Suhagra?
Generally, Suhagra is a very well tolerated and safe drug. Side effects are rare, among these the most common are: headache, color perception disorders, redness in the face.
Suhagra has drug interactions with nitrates (drugs used in the case of ischemic heart disease) and with some antivirals such as Ritonavir (used in the treatment of HIV positive patients), as well as a number of other medications. You should communicate the list of currently taken drugs to your prescrier, including OTC medications and food supplements.
The use of Viagra is absolutely contraindicated in case of serious cardiovascular diseases such as heart failure or unstable angina or in association with nitroderivative drugs for the treatment of angina pectoris and in case of hepatic or renal insufficiency or retinal disorders.
Where to buy Suhagra?
Suhagra is a prescription drug, so you will require a doctor’s opinion on whether or not sildenafil is advisable for you. When you are certain that you have no contraindications that would make the use of Suhagra potentially unsafe for you, you can order Suhagra from an online pharmacy that you trust. Suhagra is a generic version of sildenafil, and as such is unavailable in the drugstore chains, but purchased from an e-vendor, it will be delivered safety and promptly directly to your place of residence.
